At Home Teeth Whitening
If you’d prefer to do your teeth whitening at home, on your own time, we’ll custom-design some soft plastic molds for your upper and lower teeth. They’ll fit snugly and you simply squeeze a small amount of whitening gel into them. Wear them for one to two hours during the day, or while you sleep.
A typical at-home program takes 10 to 14 days to complete, though most people see changes in tooth color after wearing the molds the first time.
